Airfare payment

 

Please follow these steps to purchase the airfare for a round trip, chaperoned flight or to inform us that your child will be traveling one-way or independently:


  1. Locate your child's program. You will see the program price and the flight prices listed such as in the following example. Click the green button to the right of the program your child is in.


  1. On the bottom right of the page, click the orange button.

  1. Ignore the program fee option. Instead, choose the appropriate airfare option based on your travel plans. 

    1. The group flight price in Jumbula is the cost for a chaperoned group flight and so may differ from other prices found online. If you would like your child to travel with the support and supervision of an Avenues faculty member, you must purchase your flights in Jumbula. 

    2. Families with students flying one-way or independently should select the “One-way or Independent Flight (coordinate with Mad Travel)” option and email [email protected] with your specific travel needs . 

  2. Fill in any missing information for your child. You will also be prompted to sign the participant agreement again, even if you have previously done so.

  3. Add a payment method if needed. If you receive financial aid on flights, enter your discount code here. 

  4. Complete your order.

     

If you encounter any issues in this process please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are able to manually register you on the back end if necessary.
